These terms apply to the Treskia iOS app and this website. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Beta software

Treskia is beta software. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind — no guarantee that it will work correctly, keep working, or be free of bugs. Features may change or be removed, and the beta may end at any time.

Not financial advice

Treskia shows you a view of your own spending. It does not give financial advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, invest, or spend. It is also not a substitute for your bank statements or any official record from your bank.

Accuracy of parsed data

Treskia builds its transaction list by parsing bank alert emails. Parsing can go wrong: an amount, merchant, date, or category may be extracted incorrectly, and some transactions may be missed entirely (for example, when a bank changes its email format or never sent an alert). Before relying on any figure in Treskia, whether for budgeting, disputes, taxes, or anything else, verify it against your official bank records.

Intellectual property

The Treskia app, its name, and the content of this website belong to Treskia's developer. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or this site's content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treskia's developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from errors in its data — including financial decisions made on the basis of parsed transactions. Treskia is free beta software; to the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for the app, which is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the app is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
